About Zelda Freud – Miami Rentals

Broker Associate, Realtor

Real Estate Background

I started to work in Real Estate in 2010 and became a broker associate in 2015. My area of expertise is focused on Miami rentals and sells in the Biscayne Corridor made of Brickell, Downtown and Edgewater, as well as South Beach. I also cover Coconut Grove, the Gables and Miami Beach. However, any other areas such as Aventura and Doral, I won’t be able to deliver the expert service you deserve for your Miami Rentals!

How did I become a Miami rentals expert in these neighborhoods? Well, most of our buying clients are foreigners and require that I handle their investments’ property management. Essentially, finding tenants. These properties range from Art deco Studios to luxury condos, Penthouse and Villas. Therefore, I have a broad vision of the Miami rentals market in these areas, and can assist a large array of rental requests!

Professional Background

Prior to working in Real Estate in 2010, I worked as the Human Resources Director at RF Binder Partners, a top New York Public Relations agency. I was overseeing close to 100 employees. My day to day was not payroll and other administrative HR tasks. My mission was to assess everyone’s level of happiness in the work place, as well as in their personal lives! Often times, my colleagues’ housing situation was a major factor in their level of happiness or unhappiness! Indeed, where you live can significantly impact your daily commute, your access to your favorite activities and kids’ school. Depending on how optimized your work-living-leisure situation is, where you live can enhance your every day life, or make it a source of stress. House Vs Condo, city center Vs. suburbs, and so on.

After all, your home is your cocoon, your own secret garden, and as such should be a place where you like spending time, regardless of you budget! That said, when I started to work in real estate, I made it a priority to take all these factors in consideration when assisting my clients to figure out their options, doing my share to help them maximize their work-life balance. Especially for those relocating to Miami.
